  • 2 cups purified or filtered water
  • Natural flavorings: Honey or rock sugar Dried dates, Jasmine flowers, Goji berries

Method
 

Step 1
  1. Heat filtered water to the right temperature. For green tea, keep it just below boiling. For black or oolong tea, let it reach a full boil.

  1. Place loose tea leaves in a teapot or infuser. Pour the hot water over the leaves and let it steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.
Step 3
  1. Strain the tea into cups. You can add a little honey, some dates, jasmine flowers, or goji berries if you like extra flavor. Serve it warm and enjoy!
