Infuse The Spices And Tea
- Pour 2 cups of water into a small saucepan and add the crushed cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger, and black tea. Place over medium heat and bring it just to a gentle boil. Let it simmer for 2–4 minutes so the spices release their full aroma.
Add Milk And Sweetness
- Turn the heat down a little and stir in evaporated milk (or whole milk) along with sugar to your liking. Sprinkle in a pinch of ground nutmeg and let it simmer for another 1–2 minutes, making sure it doesn’t boil over.
Strain And Serve
- Take the pan off the heat and strain the tea into cups using a fine mesh strainer if you used loose tea or whole spices. Serve it hot and savor the warm, spiced flavors of Adeni Tea.
